Registration Policies
REGISTRATION IS OPEN TBD FOR HOA MEMBERS AND TBD FOR NON HOA MEMBERS
Registration Policies:
1. Each swimmer must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted.
2. Each swimmer must be 5 years by June 1.
3. A refund of $100 is available if cancelled before the first day of practice. No refunds after the first week of practice.
3. In the event that the team is full, you may put your child’s name on the waiting list - email [email protected].
4.This program is run by volunteers and parents of participants are REQUIRED to volunteer during each swim meet their child attends.
A total of 2 'volunteer points' are required to complete the online registration so each family needs to choose 1 volunteer shift per meet = 1 'volunteer point' to reach their total of 2 points.
“Meet the Coach” session – attendance required to this session prior to the swim session you are registering for.
1.Your child will swim the length of the pool for the coaches so Coach Matt can see his/her skill level.
2.You will have the opportunity to purchase the team swimsuit and swim caps at the Meet the Coach events or directly through our vendor. The suits are OPTIONAL, but many swimmers like to have the “team suit.” Your child is welcome to wear his/her own suit if they prefer.
